Koper, Slovenia PhD Summer School in Discrete Mathematics
PhD School
The main part of PhD Summer School in Discrete mathematics are two mini-courses, aimed at PhD Students, but also to other participants interested in the topics. The first mini-courses will be given by Prof. Karen Meagher (University of Regina, Canada), and it will be related to eigenvalues of graphs, and the second mini-course will be given by Prof. Ted Dobson (University of Primorska, Slovenia), and it will be related to symmetries of graphs. Apart from two mini-courses there will be also a session of invited talks.

Nijmegen, The Netherlands Singularities and Curvature in General Relativity
Conference
General Relativity is traditionally studied from an Analysis/PDE, Differential Geometric, or Physics perspective. Recently, new approaches to analyze nonsmooth Lorentzian structures have also emerged from Geometric Measure Theory and Optimal Transport. This workshop brings together for the first time experts from all these different approaches to study General Relativity to discuss open problems and new tools. To facilitate maximal interaction two minicourses and several introductory/plenary talks are scheduled. Minicourses: A. Bernig (Frankfurt), Y. Shlapentokh-Rothman (Toronto) Invited speakers (* to be confirmed): L. Andersson* (Beijing), D. Faifman (Tel Aviv), N. Gigli (SISSA), G. Holzegel* (Münster & London), M. Kiessling (New Brunswick), M. Kunzinger (Vienna), K. Landsman (Nijmegen), R. McCann (Toronto), R. Perales (Oaxaca), M. Sánchez (Granada), I. Stavrov (Portland), S. Suhr (Bochum), M. Van de Moortel (New Brunswick), Q. Wang (Oxford) Organizers: A. Burtscher (Nijmegen), S. Tahvildar-Zadeh (New Brunswick)

Barcelona (SPAIN) HYPATIA GRADUATE SUMMER SCHOOL 2023
Summer School
This summer school series aims at training their participants in key strategic problems in mathematics and their applications, with the core idea that theory and applications strengthen each other. The school is focused in training of young researchers whilst opening new fields for senior ones. The Hypatia Graduate Summer School will consist in two keynote courses on subjects of exceptional promise and scientific importance delivered by highly distinguished speakers in the area plus a high-level colloquium on a complementary subject. The Hypatia Graduate Summer School will be developed in an informal atmosphere based on discussions, exchange of ideas and critical analysis of results. Moreover, to honour its namesake, it is committed to work under a friendly gender perspective that highlights the role of women in mathematics and encourages and helps the participation and promotion of young female researchers at a professional level. Registration deadline 21 / 05 / 2023

Ostend, Belgium Nielsen theory and related topics
Conference
The conference "Nielsen Theory and Related Topics" will be organized at Oostende (Ostend), Belgium, June 5-9, 2023. “Nielsen theory and related topics” focuses on recent advances in classical topological fixed point theory, including Nielsen theory for n-valued maps, Borsuk-Ulam type results, and twisted conjugacy classes. Results in these areas have employed techniques from braid groups and configuration spaces, from equivariant topology, and from combinatorial and geometric group theory and hence also these related topics belong to the scope of this conference.
