4.3 Multilateral onferences

When EMS organizes a meeting jointly with other societies, the Scientific Programme Committee, time and venue are chosen in agreement with all societies participating in the organization. The organizers and participants of the meeting should respect the Code of Conduct for EMS Events and Advice for ensuring a Welcoming Environment for Events.

The Scientific Programme Committee, place, time and venue of the meeting is chosen in agreement with all societies participating in the organization. The involved costs are negotiated between the organizing societies.

Organizers of these events should provide fee discounts for individual EMS members who register by a certain deadline.
