Proposal for EMS Special Event

In special circumstances, the EMS may consider contributing to scientific events not belonging to any of the types listed before. Since resources are scarce, only a very limited number can be partially supported.
Proposals for EMS Special Events in the year N should be submitted by filling out the form below before July 31 of the year N-1.
