SwissMAP Research Station 2027 call for proposals now open
The SwissMAP Research Station is accepting applications for conferences, workshops and outreach activities to be held in 2027 at their conference centre in Les Diablerets, Switzerland.

The SwissMAP Research Station (SRS) provides a unique venue for international topical conferences and targeted workshops in mathematics and theoretical physics. Applications for 2027 are now open with a deadline of October 15th, 2025.
Selected events will receive substantial financial support, covering full board and accommodation for 5 days for approximately 18 people in single rooms. The funding covers meals and accommodation but does not include travel costs. For larger events, organizers should seek external funding or set participation fees to cover additional costs.
Events traditionally start on Monday mornings and end on Friday after lunch, with Sunday evening meal and night included. The facility provides two coffee breaks per day and welcomes requests for extended stays, though additional costs must be covered separately.
The SRS is committed to providing equal opportunities and particularly encourages the participation of women among organizers, speakers and participants. Environmental impact considerations are also encouraged in proposal planning.
Interested organizers should download the proposal template and submit their completed PDF application to contact@swissmaprs.ch. The selection of events will be made at the end of 2025. For more information and to access the application template, visit: https://swissmaprs.ch/applying/.
