EMS Council Meeting 2024
The EMS's governing body, the EMS Council, will hold its next meeting in Granada, Spain, on 13-14 July.
EMS members should have received more details by email, including information about the nomination of Council delegates and candidates for the EMS Executive Committee. The deadline for the nomination of delegates representing individual members, and instituional members (e.g. research institutes) is 31 March. The deadline for the nomination of delegates representing full member societies (e.g. national mathematical societies) is 15 April.
At the Council meeting, new members of the EMS Executive Committee will be elected. In advance, a nomination committee shall select a short-list of top candidates and forward them to the Council. Anyone may propose names to this committee. The deadline is 31 March 2024.
