Doru Ștefănescu (1952 - 2021)

The EMS is very sad to hear of the death of Professor Doru Ștefănescu, the esteemed algebraist, former Vice-President of the Romanian Mathematical Society, and three time President of the South East European Mathematical Society (MASSEE).
