In particular, the candidate is expected to participate in research projects leading to international publications and presentations. Possible topics include, but are not limited to: dimension reduction and classification for structured dependent data, Bayesian approaches to machine learning algorithms or predictive inference. Job Description: The successful candidate will join the faculty and participate actively in the department's research, teaching (to the extent regulated by the collective bargaining agreement), and administrative activities. In particular, the candidate is expected to participate in research projects leading to international publications and presentations.
