Two postdocs in mathematics

The focus group in Random matrix theory, stochastic models and analysis at the Department of Mathematics is offering 1 or 2 post-doctoral positions. The positions are financed by the ERC consolidator grant PiRaT. The main duty is research within the field of the group or related areas. A limited amount of teaching and some administration may be part of the duties. The positions will be with Maurice Duits as a mentor. Preferred qualifications - A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline.  - We seek a candidate with a strong background in parts of mathematics relevant to the research activity of the group. - The successful applicant should be strongly motivated, have the capability to work independently as well as in collaboration with members of the research group, and have good communication skills. - No skills in Swedish are required. - Research expertise. - Teaching abilities. - Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with specific focus on gender equality.
