The research group on NON COMMUTATIVE RINGS AND APPLICATIONS of the Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da Univesidade de São Paulo is accepting applications to a post-doctoral scholarship in Partial Actions for a period of 12 months with possibility of renewal. Research will be supervisioned by Prof. Mikhailo Dokuchaev and will be dedicated to the study of cohomology based on partial group actions. Candidates are expected to have an excelent history of graduate studies, with a PhD in Algebra, obtained no longer than seven years ago (or expect to complete a PhD prior to the beginning of the scholarship) and experience in the area of the project evidenced through recent publications. The position is opened to both Brazilian and foreigners. The selected candidate will receive a scholarship of R$ 7.373,10 per month and a technical reserve of 10% of the anual value of the scholarship, to be used on items directly related to the research activity. The actual implementation of the scholarship depends on the aproval of the candidate by FAPESP.
