Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Lecturer Assistant Professor in Mathematics within UCD School of Mathematics and Statistics. The School of Mathematics and Statistics at University College Dublin is seeking to appoint a temporary 3-year Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Mathematics. Preference will be given to applicants whose research is in the general area of number theory, modular forms and their p-adic families, although applicants from all areas of Mathematics are invited to apply. This new post supports UCD’s strategic themes, in particular Transforming through Digital Technology. The UCD College of Science, to which the School of Mathematics and Statistics belongs, is undergoing an exciting transformation under the guiding principle of `data in science, science in data’. 95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor (below the bar) Salary Scale: €38,659 - €67,001 per annum Appointment will be made on scale in accordance with UCD and Department of Finance guidelines.
