We invite prospective candidates to apply for these positions, which will involve research related to one or more research groups of geometric analysis, inverse problems, geometric measure theory and harmonic analysis, as well as nonlinear partial differential equations. Strong preference will be given to candidates whose research interests overlap and/or complement the main research areas of the department. The Postdoctoral Researchers are expected to focus on scientific research, but also to participate in teaching within their own areas of expertise. The amount of teaching duties is rather small. The duties, qualification requirements and language skills of Postdoctoral Researchers are stipulated by the University of Jyväskylä Regulations and language skills guidelines. Teaching and research staff are required to master the language in which they teach. A good command of English is required and a proficiency to teach in English will be considered beneficial.
