2.1.2 Council prerogatives

The Council

• approves the EMS budget;
• approves the EMS membership fee rates;
• approves the applications for full membership, change of class and resignation of the full members;
• elects the EMS Executive Committee, the President, the Vice-Presidents, the Secretary and the Treasurer;
• decides about next ECM site based on the submitted bids;
• elects the auditors;
• decides on the Statutes and By-laws changes;
• deals with any other matters prepared by the EMS Executive Committee.
