DESCRIPTION:The Arbeitsgemeinschaft (study group) is a series of meetings i
	n Oberwolfach. It mainly addresses to non-specialists who want to broaden 
	their outlook on mathematics and to early career mathematicians who wish t
	o enter a field for future research. Experts are also welcome. The idea is
	 “learning by teaching”. Participants have to volunteer for one of the lec
	tures described in the program. After the deadline for application the org
	anizers choose the actual speakers to give them enough time to understand 
	the subject and to prepare for their lectures. An outline of the program c
