DESCRIPTION:The conference is organised within the tradition of the collabo
	ration between the Romanian and Finnish mathematicians\, initiated by Rolf
	 Nevanlinna and Simion Stoilow. The meeting is organized by Simion Stoilow
	 Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy\, "1 Decembrie 1918" Uni
	versity of Alba Iulia\, and the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Scienc
	e of the University of Bucharest. The program is divided into sections as
