DESCRIPTION:The NLDL Winter School consists of tutorials by experts in the 
	field and is co-hosted by NORA as part of the NORA Research School. A prel
	iminary program will be made available soon.\n\nGetting formal ECTS Credit
	s:  UiT The Arctic University of Norway awards 5 ECTS for the Winter Schoo
	l for students who register formally for the course at UiT before the 1st 
	of November (for credits\, there is a limit of 40 students). \n\nTo obtain
	 credits\, participants are required to present an ongoing research projec
	t (poster presentation) as part of the winter school and complete a home e
	xam afterward.\n\nThe NLDL Winter School will consist of tutorials from le
	ading experts in the machine learning field. Below we present each tutoria
