	e Romanian Academy\,\nthe Romanian Mathematical Society\, the Simion Stoil
	ow Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy\, the Faculty of Mathe
	matics and Computer Science of the University of Bucharest\, and the Unive
	rsity of Pitești. The congress will\nhost the first Balkan Mathematical 
	Conference\, a regional meeting launched by the European Mathematical Soci
	ety.
